This project is designed to promote Non Formal Learning through which representatives of the partner organisations will share personal and professional experiences, contribute based on their competences, work collaborative, irrespective background and develop a programme which will meet the following objectives:

OBJECTIVE 1
International cooperation between experienced and not experienced Organisations and individuals but also between target group, youthworkers who aimed for eliminating discrimination and marginalisation through international and European based funded Activities.

OBJECTIVE 2
To develop projects to leave an efficient impact for the next Erasmus period on the topic of social inclusion and intercultural learning

OBJECTIVE 3
To develop skills and competences to youth workers for improving basic key competences with main direction to the development of Digital competence and media literacy.To develop competences of youth workers to train youths how to work with diversity using innovative and attractive methods based on nowadays technology

Reflection Diaries from Participants

“The project was very interesting and valuable for me both as an individual and as someone who works with other people, including children and youth. I was pleased that various exerts were involved, who could demonstrate digital tools and answer participants' questions. I myself will take with me tools that I heard about for the first time, which are valuable in my work, such as Cup Cut, Gemini, and Dall-e. I always enjoy learning new energizers and applying them in our organization's work. This time, too, I will have the opportunity to bring new ideas to my organization. I enjoyed exchanging ideas and experiences with other participants. I was inspired by how quickly and actively NECI WB has started their activities.
Overall I felt very comfortable and I felt like my time here was spent very well and useful.

TC Digital tools and Media literacy"! Another European workshop in collaboration betweenΔΗΜΟΤΙΚΟ ΣΧΟΛΕΙΟ ΞΥΛΟΦΑΓΟΥ Α΄ school and the Network for European Citizenship and Identity - NECI. 

We visit the school to host creative workshops with kids on digital tools. Together, we spark curiosity and inspire imaginations, making learning fun and interactive.
